Effective from 1 July 2011, Harvard International plc announces the termination of its agreement to represent the Grundig brand and to distribute Grundig branded consumer electronic products within the UK. During any periods of product warranty, Harvard will continue to honour its product support commitments.

Harvard International plc will continue to represent the Grundig brand and distribute Grundig branded products through its division Bush Australia Pty.
